We wanted to give a little insight as to why we made this shirt. First off, Maui is the shit. It’s one of our favorite vacation destination, from the food, to the people, to the absolutely stunning landscape. The place is incredible. We made this shirt knowing damn well we can’t save the world. We don’t have the man power, nor the capability to donate to every problem this screwed up world has today. But, the least we can do is try. At Backbone Clothing we are a company that’s built to represent the blue collar industry. You guys are literally the backbone of America and right now, to the day Maui gets back on their feet, all of you hard working men and women are the ones that’ll be rebuilding the communities in Maui. Just like every other natural disaster that occurs around the world. From the firefighters busting there a** as we speak, to all the first responders, welders, construction workers, heavy equipment operators, nurses, lineman, you name it. You are the ones that’ll be there to help rescue, rebuild, and revive. With that being said, the least we can do right now is raise money to help take down this beast. Plus you get a sick shirt to go with it. These will be selling for 35$ a piece. I know it’s a little more then our other shirts, but it’s simply to raise more money. 100% of the proceeds that we get from this shirt right now starting today, till the end of the year, will go directly to help fund the local community’s of Maui that have been effected.
