RETURNS

Return Policy

Return items must be requested within 10 business days of receiving. Once the item has been approved for return, it may be shipped to the address provided. Upon approval the item or items must be mailed within 5 business days, once shipped please provide a tracking number in the email. Any item or items shipped later will void refund. You will be responsible for shipping cost on returns. Once the item is received, the card used will be credited unless an exchange was requested. All returns must be sent back in the manner they were received. Returns must be unwashed and unworn. A 10% restocking and handling fee will apply to all orders returned. If an item is returned for a refund and fell under our free shipping guidelines and was paid for on our behalf the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. The payment processing fee will also be deducted from the original amount as well.

Orders received will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs will be determined at check out. At this time we will not be shipping internationally. If an international order is needed please contact us accordingly and accommodations may be made. Any and all orders are subject to delays, we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been sent for delivery, a confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking number. Tracking numbers typically take about 24 hours to process and become active. 

WARRANTY

All items are thoroughly inspected upon receiving and shipping; however, we know things happen and items will be replaced accordingly. Please contact us with any issues. When submitting a warranty claim please include the following:

        - Picture of original packaging

        - Picture of damaged item 

        - *Items must be unworn and unwashed
